Privacy Policy
How we look after your information.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address so we can send your order and contact you about it. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- to process, ship and support your order
- to show you your order status on our Track Order page
- to answer your emails
- to meet our legal and tax obligations
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe for payments, our fulfilment partners and carriers to deliver your parcel, our website host, Cloudflare, and the analytics and advertising tools listed below.
Your bag and currency
Your bag and your chosen currency are saved in your own browser so they're still there if you refresh. Your bag is emptied after 10 minutes of no changes.
Analytics and advertising
We use a few tools to understand how people use our site and to show our ads to the right people. They use cookies and similar technology:
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move around the site, such as clicks, scrolling and the pages viewed, so we can make the site easier to use. It doesn't record what you type into forms, and card details are entered on Stripe's own page, which it can't see.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) tells Meta when someone views a product, adds to their bag, starts checkout or completes an order, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views without cookies.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker, and the site will still work. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Learn more in Microsoft's privacy statement and Meta's privacy policy.
Access and corrections
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
